Thanks to its pre-eminent position on the market, Absolu Living is able to offer you the best apartments at the most reasonable prices, both in Paris and Nice, on the French Riviera. 

Renting a furnished apartment gives you more space than a comparable hotel room while remaining competitively priced and retaining all the services you would normally find in a hotel, such as welcoming facilities, cleaning, and concierge service. 

I - Rental rates displayed on the apartment page.

 - Short term rental:

Rates per night and per week include the agency fee and all utilities (except telephone). This rate is applicable to short-term rentals, from 4 nights to 90 nights during our high season and from 4 to 60 nights during our low season:

- For stays between 7 nights and 30 nights, the rate includes a discount of 10% off the nightly rate. 

- For stays between 30 nights and 90 nights, the rate includes a discount of 35% off the nightly rate.  

Rates per night are based on:

- 2 people occupancy for studios and 1 bedroom apartments, with one bedroom prepared only

- 4 people occupancy for 2 bedroom apartments, with 2 bedroom prepared only.

The additional rate for the extra guest, or for the preparation of the sofa bed or an extra bed, is 22 euros per night and per guest.

 - Mid term and Long term rentals:

All mid term (from 2 to 6 months) and long term rentals (from 6 months) do not include agency fee, electricity, phone calls and other utilities.

For these rentals, the agency fee is calculated as follow:

2 months rental (low season only) = ½ month rent 

3 months rental = ¾ month rent 

3 to 6 months rental = 1 month rent 

6 to 9 month rental = 20% of  total rent for the whole period 

9 to 11 month rental = 18% of total rent for the whole period 

1 year rental = 15% of total rent for the whole period 

Renewal from 12 to 24 months = 7,5% of total rent for the whole period 

Renewal from 24 to 36 months = 3,75% of total rent for the whole period

 - Seasonal rates:

In order to give you the best competitive rates, we have established 3 rental periods:

- High season: From April 1st to October 31st (except August) & December 23rd to January 4th,

- Low season: From November to December 22nd & January 5th to march 31st & August,

- Peak season and showroom season: From January 20th to the 26th &  From September 1st to the 8th.

II - Content of payments included in the basic rate.

In choosing an apartment from Absolu Living, you will benefit from a competitively-priced lodging, with hotel-style services that we offer you in order to facilitate the best possible stay.

Nightly rental rates include:

- Rent and agency fee. 

- Apartment rental and furniture rental.

- Furnishing of linens and towels, as well as their weekly changing. 

- All utility charges (water, electricity, and gas). 

- Television with free channels and in some apartments internet services. Telephone is never provided in the apartments.

- A welcoming pack which you may use to prepare hot beverages (coffee, tea, and hot chocolate). 

- Assistance during your stay, to take care of items specific to your reservation, as well as to respond to any and all of your questions.

- Free internet access available at our agency along with mail service and fax reception.

Monthly rental rates for long stays include:

- Rent. (Agency fee is not included please refer to the chart above for further details).

- Apartment rental and furniture rental.

- Furnishing of house linens and towels.

- Agency assistance during your entire stay.

- Free internet access available at our agency along with mail service and fax reception.

III. Tax and Reservation Fees.

Tax and reservation fees will be added to your short term rental, they vary depending on the length of stay and apartment type.

Tax and reservation fees for stay from 4 to 7 nights:

For Studio apartments: 39 Euros

For 1 bedroom apartments: 49 Euros

For 2 bedroom apartments and more : 59 Euros

Tax and reservation fees for stay longer than 7 nights:

For studio apartments : 49 Euros

For one bedroom apartments : 59 Euros

For 2 bedrooms apartments and more : 69 Euros
